Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in the United Kingdom.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options to all destinations:

  • Standard Shipping: free (£0.00) — estimated total delivery time 6–13 business days (including processing)
  • Express Shipping: £5.90 — estimated total delivery time 5–11 business days (including processing)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown transparently before you complete your order. There are no hidden fees.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, applicable taxes are included in the final price unless stated otherwise.

For international orders outside the United Kingdom, additional customs duties, import charges or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@halvern.co.uk

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the case. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, Halvern is not liable for delays, loss or theft by carriers once the shipment has been handed over.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, including postcode, is entered correctly.

We accept no responsibility for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, re-shipping costs may apply.

International Shipping

Halvern ships worldwide. The shipping options and delivery times above apply. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes or customs charges in their country.
