At Halvern, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order — for items both with and without defects.
Returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label by email. There is no restocking fee.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
Statutory Right of Cancellation (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This cooling-off period is in addition to, and unaffected by, our voluntary 30-day return policy.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or cancellation, please contact us at support@halvern.co.uk with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
For statutory cancellations, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@halvern.co.uk with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These rights are not affected by this policy.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or are excluded from the statutory cooling-off period where permitted by law:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed hygiene items that have been opened
